ive been working out for 2 and half years.... when i started i was 118lbs i am now 160lbs ..... monday chest....tuesday shoulders... wed arms tris and bis... thursday back... and friday legs..... i do 3 to 4 sets of 10 reps 8 reps and 6 reps of really high weight to gain muscle... keep doing your cardio at least once a week... and change your workouts like every 3 months to keep your muscles shocked.... pre workout supplements help for energy but the main thing that you need nomatter what is protein in the mornings when you wake up and right after your workouts... and youll get there... def work out for me.. stay dedicated and consistant it takes a while to see results just dont give up
